Spirals: who doesn’t love beautiful spirals…there is just something about them that I find irresistibly attractive and I have been drawn to them my whole life. It comes up in all cultures and I am sure it has many meanings. For me they represent life in general. Like our relationships, they start intensely focused in the centre, but as the years weave on the experience gets somewhat diluted, yet we still get back to the same place periodically to see if we learned those lessons.

Or we start our lives on the outside edge, when we are young the years feel so long, but the older we get the shorter they feel, the circles are getting smaller and smaller, the years fly by faster and faster…oh the possibilities are endless as we are spiralling into and out of reality .

Here are a few of my spirals. Photographing them and cataloguing them were quite a thing, because they are all 100% handmade and free flow.
